High Density Foam Tape (2108, 2112)
- A black, open cell, high density, UV stable, polyurethane foam tape
- Coated on both sides with an acrylic adhesive
- Designed for long lasting, high stress applications where extreme weather conditions and temperatures are encountered (-40 °C to + 82 °C)
- Does not oxidize and resistant to fungi
- Has a high tack for a good initial bond
- Has low thermal conductivity which reduces heat transfer and inhibits condensation
- Can be used with silicone sealants and standard glazing compounds
- Primarily used for curtain wall glazing in commercial buildings
- Available in 2 thicknesses - 6.4mm (2108) and 9.5mm (2112)
- Can be custom slit to most widths
